Manipuri youth thronged at Route39 Mantripukhri, Imphal to celebrate Holi, the festival of colours today. With the theme 'Let's Colour', Holi EDM and Dance Festival 2015 was organised by the exquisite restaurant Route39 in association with Youth Street News for the youth of this region.
